Education & Training

Dr. Bellamy graduated cum laude from Yale University with a BS in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry. During these early years, he became interested in plastic surgery after he spent some time with a pediatric craniofacial surgeon and the chief of plastic surgery at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

Dr. Bellamy found the ability to have an immediate, life-improving impact on an individual’s life tremendously rewarding. After completing his medical training at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, he attended the number one plastic surgery training program in the country, the NYU Langone Plastic Surgery Residency program. During his residency training, he realized that aesthetic surgery exemplified the most rewarding aspects of plastic surgery: applying mastery in surgery and artistry to dramatically improve patients’ daily lives.

After finishing his training at NYU, he completed an advanced fellowship in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery at the number one aesthetic program at Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute.
